I’ve tried intuitive eating before and felt lost. How is this different?

We don’t throw you into the deep end of intuitive eating without support. Our bodies are incredibly smart and we can learn how to listen. We combine strategic nutrition guidance with body wisdom development, to build confidence is your ability to intentional fuel for nourishment and enjoyment. Think of it as having a rebel navigator while you learn to trust your own internal compass

Will I have to give up all my favorite foods?

(laughing) No! That wouldn’t be much of a rebellion, would it? This isn’t about restriction - it’s about freedom. We focus on adding in foods that fuel your power while maintaining a peaceful relationship with ALL foods. No food police in this rebellion.

How long until I see results?

Here’s the truth: it depends on how we define results. Physical changes? Usually noticeable within 8-12 weeks. But the real transformation - your relationship with strength, food, and your body? Many rebels start experiencing that within the first few weeks.

I travel a lot. Can I still make this work?
